This is achieved through the provision of, good value, project management and general consultancy services. In 2011 the business was incorporated as Solitaire Consulting Limited, a private Jersey registered company.

Paul is a versatile professional with over 20 years experience in leadership, programme and project management, change management and strategic planning within financial services, engineering, information technology and government. A chartered information technology professional, chartered engineer, qualified manager and a leader able to operate at all levels. Paul specialises in managing portfolios of projects to enable management teams to improve delivery of their strategic objectives. A proven professional who leads from the front and motivates others to follow.
