Anna Blackwood, has over 30 years experience in the offshore financial services industry, with a strong focus on practice management, project and change management, and process improvement. Anna is an experienced functional consultant with TrustQuay systems, whose subject matter expertise lies in financial management, time recording and billing and client accounting. She is also has a high knowledge of all other aspects of TrustQuay NavOne functionality.  

 In recent years, Anna’s focus has been leading finance migrations from numerous systems to TrustQuay NavOne, including a TaskForce to NavOne migration, and a NavOne upgrade from NavOne BC14 to NavOne BC21.   Anna is adept at managing the entire finance migration, from introduction workshops to migrating data, user acceptance testing, and teaching end users.
