Our virtual CxO services are specifically designed for small to medium sized regulated businesses, needing to demonstrate good governance, but without the scale (or budget) to warrant full time permanent C-Suite experience.

The Chief Information Officer (vCIO) and Chief Technology Officer (vCTO) roles within a business share a number of common responsibilities, but are distinctly different.  Your business may not require both, so we can tailor our service to meet your requirements. 

Increasingly businesses are outsourcing their IT to Managed Services Providers (MSP).  These providers are specialists in providing all your technology needs from the core infrastructure (usually cloud based) to networking and communications, right down to the laptops and phones your staff use on a daily basis. 

However much you have outsourced, your Board remains accountable for the technology that underpins your business. The Board needs external assurance that the MSP is performing in accordance with the contract, that you receive appropriate independent advice on future technologies and that your systems and data remain secure and available at all time.
