I’ve done a lot of work recently using the Lamberhurst 4Sight process.  This is a unique tool, developed by The Lamberhurst Corporation, to systematically evaluate the key aspects of your business and provide you with a clear strategy to meet medium and long-term goals.  It acts as an aid to reviewing current business practices and revising these so that they can underpin future performance.   4Sight can be used for risk mitigation and more importantly enables businesses to identify key areas of change.  In my business, I have found it invaluable in providing objectivity to the business reviews and health checks that I do before recommending change.

The process starts by meeting with your business’s leaders and other important stakeholders.  The consultant led meetings or workshops involve applying 4Sight’s uniquely developed 9x9x9 dimensional analysis tool – nine areas of the business are rated on nine criteria and assessed on the level at which the business is performing on up to nine levels.  Your Lamberhurst trained consultant then identifies the critical gaps between where your business is now and where it needs to be in three years time, to avoid risks that could significantly affect performance.  An integral part of the process includes peer review from the Lamberhurst Forum, bringing wider industry and sector specific experience to confirm  the results.
