Testing to ensure a pain-free journey

The number of processes and systems available in most organisations involve a never-ending stream of updates, upgrades, patches, redesigns and new implementations.  Any organisation undertaking merger and acquisition activities inevitably faces the task of introducing new processes and systems.

How do we ensure that the solution is fit for purpose, or rather how do we identify the missing or defective elements before we are running with live data and real customers?

There is no one-size-fits all, and the requirements of a retail bank will differ to those of a small family office, but the principles and the journey are the same.

Over many years in manufacturing, finance, and the public sector, Corrado Anderson has been involved in running testing projects ranging from multi jurisdiction big-bang implementations to relatively minor localised hardware upgrades.  The scale, cost and risk appetite may vary, but the desire to ensure a pain-free journey (or even to avoid the journey altogether if necessary) is a constant.  In this one hour session he will introduce some of the principles involved, and help you prepare and manage the process.

After the session, Corrado and Paul Every will be available for a more detailed chat, delving into your specific challenges.  Do bring any thoughts, questions or concerns along and they will be happy to address them.
